The spiritual journey almost halts or slows down. This is when Yoga Acharya Sadhana comes into picture. Yoga Acharya Sadhana is open for all our level 2 teachers who seek solace and guidance to connect with themselves again.<\/p>\n<p>This Sadhana (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yogaalliance.org\/Member_Overview\/For_Continuing_Education_Providers\">YACEP Certification Program<\/a><\/strong>) focuses beyond the physical and therapy aspects of yoga. The 21 days intense course is held directly under the guidance of Acharya Bharat Shetty. The idea of the programme is to help the teachers upskill themselves and to move ahead in their spiritual journey.<\/p>\n<p>The course is held only once in a year and attending 3 years of\u00a0 Yoga Acharya Sadhana makes the teacher a level 3 teacher.<\/p>\n<h4>Curriculum<\/h4>\n<p>Morning Asana Practice (Mysore Style) : Students are free to choose between the Hatha and Ashtanga Style of Practice. Depending upon the level of practice they can choose between the Preparatory Sequence, Hatha Foundation Sequence, Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series or the Intermediate Series.<\/p>\n<p>Pranayama Sadhana: The course includes an intense practice of Pranayama along with bandhas and mudras.<\/p>\n<p>Meditation: Guided meditation practice with inclusion of bandhas and mudras.<\/p>\n<p>Philosophy and Chanting: The Raja Yoga Philosophy and Gita Shlokas alongside other bhajans will be chanted everyday to experience the essence of vibrations.<\/p>\n<p>Shat Kriyas: The practice of all the main kriyas like Jala and Sutra Neti, Trataka, Nauli, Vamana Dhauti and Shanka Prakshalana will take place.<\/p>\n<p>Evening Led Classes<\/p>\n<p>Acharya Bharat Shetty will himself lead the classes in the evening. Basic as well as advanced asanas will be worked on and played with.<\/p>\n<p>Discussions on Anatomy : Dr. Anup krishna to help the teachers with their doubts and questions on anatomy.<\/p>\n<h4>Prerequisites<\/h4>\n<p>Level 1 and 2 from Bharatha Yoga are a must for anyone who wishes to participate in Yoga Acharya Sadhana.<\/p>\n<h4>Duration<\/h4>\n<p>21 Days, (including weekends). We also insist on a complete digital detox during this period.
