The Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Course or Level 2 TTC is meant for the Bharatha Yoga Shala’s level 1 Hatha or Ashtanga Vinyasa Certified teachers. On completion of this course the teacher is provided with an RYT 500 certificate.
Rooted in classical tradition, Bharatha Yoga is a Mysore-based institute dedicated to sincere seekers on the path of inner awareness. Each offering supports the union of breath, body, and subtle energies — balancing Ida and Pingala, awakening Sushumna, and aligning with the five Mahapranas. With programs like YTTC’s, Kramatvam, Laghutvam, and Arogyam, the shala offers a space for transformative practice at every stage of the journey.
