Arogyam is a charity-based community initiative designed by Bharatha Yoga Shala, in association with Bharatha Yoga Foundation Swastha Mysuru. The aim of the program is to help people living with chronic lifestyle-related health conditions learn yoga in the correct and safe way and develop a sustainable practice they can continue at home. Through six days of guided practice at Bharatha Yoga Shala, participants will learn a yoga sequence tailored to their individual needs and health conditions, under the direct guidance of the world-renowned Acharya Bharat Shetty. The journey doesn’t end after six days. Participants will be equipped to continue their practice independently at home for the next three months.
