"Abhyasa - Learn Yoga Online" as the name suggests is an online yoga classes calling out to all regular and intermediate practitioners. The objective of the course is to bring consistency and stability in each one’s practice; thereby promoting great mental and physical health in the long run.

The "Abhyasa - Learn Yoga Online" online classes are conducted everyday with comfortable time slots. A maximum of 12 students may be enrolled per batch which ensures individual attention towards every student by the teacher. A close monitoring of everyday progress is made a note of.

Eligibility
- Student must be a regular practitioner
- Student must be an intermediate practitioner or must have completed ‘Aarambha’ course conducted by Bharatha Yoga
Classes from Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Batch 1 : 6:30am to 7:45am
- Batch 2 : 7:30am - 8:45am
- Batch 3 : 9:00am to 10:15am
- Batch 4 : 12:30pm to 1:45pm
- Batch 5 : 6:45pm to 8:00pm
