Kramatvam

Kramatvam Mysore Yoga Classes

Kramatvam is derived from two Sanskrit words – ‘Krama’ and ‘Tattvam’.  Krama(क्रम) in Sanskrit means in the right order/method and Tattvam or Tattva (तत्त्व) means principle. Put together, it defines the purpose of this program “To align your practice according to your principles to achieve  your objective.”

At Mysore  Style Yoga Classes, or Mysore Sadhana, we offer a holistic approach to yoga with multiple branches.

Under Kramatvam  personalized morning Mysore practice sequences are crafted under the guidance of skilled Bharatha Yoga teachers, ensuring that every practitioner receives individualized attention and support.

The Kramatvam program is designed to cater to practitioners of all levels, offering a structured yet flexible path to deepen your yoga practice. It is divided into three progressive levels.
