Program Overview

Arogyam is a personalized yoga therapy program with a minimum commitment of 21 days, designed to support healing, recovery, and overall well-being. Each session is carefully guided by the teacher, ensuring step-by-step support.

Kriyas:

Introduction to Kriyas: Learn cleansing techniques that help detoxify and purify the body and mind.

Depending on your needs, you may be guided through practices such as Mukha Dhauti, Agni Sara, or Kapalabhati.

Asanas:

Therapeutic yoga sequences tailored to your needs. From beginners to advanced practitioners.

You will also learn Drishti (focus point) and Ujjayi breathing (breath synchronization). Each posture is taught with proper technique and alignment.

Pranayama:

Introduction to Pranayama:
Breathing techniques that calm the mind and balance energy.

Includes practices like Nadi Shodhana, Bhramari, or Anulom Vilom. These practices improve focus, reduce stress, and enhance overall vitality.

Beyond these foundations, you will also be introduced to Bandhas (energy locks), Trataka (concentration practices), meditation, and other supportive techniques that may be included depending on your needs.

Each participant receives a personalized sequence — making the program adaptable for beginners, advanced practitioners, elderly individuals, or anyone recovering from injuries and health concerns.
