Hatha Yoga Teacher Training

The Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) Level 1 at Bharatha Yoga is specifically crafted for aspiring yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of the traditional science of yoga. Rooted in the ancient tradition of Hatha Yoga, this immersive program offers a holistic foundation that balances the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects.

The course emphasizes the essential components of traditional Hatha practice such as Asana, Pranayama, alignment, breath coordination, drishti (focused gaze) to cultivate stability, clarity, and inner awareness.

Through this integrated approach, the physical practice gradually transforms and flows into dynamic meditation, where movement, breath, and mindfulness unite to deepen presence and inner stillness.

What sets Bharatha Yoga apart is its authentic, discipline-based approach to Hatha Yoga. Our aim is to prepare the body and mind for higher states of consciousness through balance and inner purification.

Whether you’re seeking personal transformation or a pathway to becoming a confident and qualified Hatha Yoga teacher, this Level 1 course offers a strong and inspiring beginning.
