At Bharath Yoga Shala, we offer three unique daily programs designed to support students of all levels—Kramatvam, Laghutvam, and Arogyam. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, you can choose one or two sessions per day, depending on your interest and energy.

Kramatvam Mysore Yoga Practice

Under Kramatvam, students engage in self-paced morning practice guided by skilled Bharatha Yoga teachers. While each practitioner moves through their own personalized sequence, teachers are present throughout—to assist with alignment, offer adjustments, and provide one-on-one support.
There is a sequence for everyone, based on where they are in their journey. With regular practice, both you and your sequence evolve—steadily and naturally.
The Kramatvam program is designed for all levels and is structured into three progressive stages, offering a flexible yet grounded path to deepen your yoga practice.

Laghutvam

Laghutvam Mysore Yoga Classes

The Laghutvam program at Bharatha Yoga Shala offers guided, led classes designed to match the level and energy of the group. Each flow is crafted by experienced Bharatha Yoga teachers to suit the students’ proficiency, offering the right amount of challenge and support. Through this, practitioners gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and limitations, fostering self-awareness that helps in setting realistic goals and progressing in a systematic, balanced way. The practice brings harmony between body, breath, and mind through thoughtfully designed sequences.

Arogyam

Arogyam Mysore Yoga Program

Our Arogyam program offers a therapeutic and supportive entry into yoga—ideal for beginners, those recovering from injuries, or anyone seeking a gentle, mindful foundation. This practice is especially beneficial for individuals dealing with health conditions such as back pain, joint issues, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, anxiety, or postural disorders. With a strong focus on alignment, breath, and personalized guidance, Arogyam helps rebuild strength, improve mobility, and restore overall balance in body and mind.

We recommend a minimum of two weeks to fully benefit from this approach. Arogyam is not just a physical practice—it’s a safe and nurturing space to slow down, reconnect with your body,

NUMBER OF SESSIONS PER DAY?

You can choose to attend just one program a day or combine two (for example, Kramatvam in the morning and Laghutvam in the evening). This flexible structure allows you to build a routine that matches your energy, goals, and lifestyle.

All classes—whether self-practice, led, or therapeutic—emphasize proper alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement.

CLASS TIMINGS?

Check the daily class schedule below for teacher info, intensity level, and timings. Classes run six days a week, Monday to Saturday. Please note, we also practice on full moon days. Schedule may vary — please contact the Shala to confirm your spot.


STAY AND FOOD?

Accommodation and meals are available if you’d like to stay with us, or you’re welcome to join just for the classes. We offer flexibility to suit your needs.
