Introduction to Kramatvam

At Mysore Sadhna, we offer a holistic approach to yoga with multiple branches.
Under Kramatvam a personalized morning practice sequences are crafted under the guidance of skilled teachers, ensuring that every practitioner receives individualized attention and support.
The Kramatvam program is designed to cater to practitioners of all levels, offering a structured yet flexible path to deepen your yoga practice. It is divided into three progressive levels:

Level I:

  • Beginners Series: Beginners Series
    For new practitioners to build a strong foundation.
  • Preparatory Series: Preparatory Series
    For those who have basic proficiency and want to advance.
  • Foundation Series: Foundation Series
    For proficient practitioners to solidify their skills.

Level II:

  • Mastery of Foundation Series: Achieve a high level of competence in foundational practices.
  • Introduction to Intermediate Series: Progress based on individual proficiency.

Level III:

  • Intermediate Series: Delve deeper into more advanced practices.
  • Freedom Series: Introduced based on skill level, offering a personalized practice journey.

Program Overview

Kriyas:

  • Introduction to Kriyas: Learn the cleansing techniques essential for a comprehensive yoga practice.
  • Detailed Instructions:
    1. Mukha Dhauti: Active exhalations for respiratory health.
    2. Agni Sara: Abdominal exercises to stimulate digestive fire.

Asanas:

  • Progression: Step-by-step guidance from beginner to intermediate level asanas.
  • Focus Areas: Proper alignment, breath synchronization, and mindful movement.

Pranayama:

  • Introduction: Explore the benefits of Pranayama (breathing techniques).
  • Detailed Instructions:
    • Full Yogic Breathing
    • Kapal Bhati (skull shining breath)
    • Nadi Shudhi (alternate nostril breathing)
    • Bhramri (humming bee breath)
    • Bastrika
    • Sheetali
    • Sheetkari

Keertana (optional):

  • Explanation: Understand the role of Keertana (chanting or devotional singing) in mental relaxation and spiritual upliftment.
  • Guidance: Select appropriate chants or songs for relaxation and meditation, and integrate Keertana into daily practice for enhanced well-being.

Time:

  • Morning session: 6:00am to 7:30 am IST (Personalized class)
  • Evening session: 4:00pm to 5:00pm IST (Led Class)
