Pranayama is one of the most powerful tools to improve your mental and physical health.
Kevala is a one month pranayama sadhana that helps one experience the power of breath. It is designed to guide the student in building their own practice by making them aware of their own breath and their pattern of breathing. The course aims at emphasizing the harmony between all physiological functions of the body and the breath.
Each day’s session is a combination of – the technicality of the practice and the practice itself. This way, by the end of the course the student not only knows how to begin with their self practice but also how to proceed further with their practice with time. This includes the understanding and implementation of bandhas (breath locks) and experiencing of kumbhakas (retentions) eventually.
