Aaramba

"Aaramba - Learn Yoga Online" is a one month online course that is ideal for anyone who wishes to learn yoga online, start their journey and thus progress towards a better way of living. Build a strong foundation by learning yoga online and understand the basic techniques of asana, pranayama and kriya practices, therefore progress into Ashtanga Vinyasa or Hatha practices. With better foundation, and strong practice one will notice the changes and improvements in their day to day life very soon, hence the quality of life will be visibly enhanced for the better.

The student will be provided with all study materials that include techniques of asana, pranayama and kriya practices alongside which online live sessions will be conducted to exercise the same. The "Aaramba - Learn Yoga Online" practice sessions are sequenced based on the beginner and preparatory yoga series as prescribed by Acharya Bharat Shetty at Bharatha Yoga.

“Abhyasa – Learn Yoga Online”  as the name suggests is an online yoga classes calling out to all regular and intermediate practitioners. The objective of the course is to bring consistency and stability in each one’s practice; thereby promoting great mental and physical health in the long run. Consistent practice is not negotiable when it comes to progress in your asana and develop steadier and firmer grounding.

  • Expert-Guided Yoga Sessions: Engage in personalized yoga sessions guided by our dedicated teacher. Each session lasts 1 hour, with a minimum of 3 and up to 5 classes per week, allowing you to experience the rejuvenating power of yoga.
  • Comprehensive Support: Our teacher will be your compass, guiding you through every step of your wellness journey. Beyond the virtual mat, they will provide a comprehensive diet plan, a detailed schedule, and a 30-minute practice sequence for your personal time between classes.
