Day 1

5.30pm to 8pm (2.5hrs)
– Followed by Q&A session with Acharya Bharat Shetty (with an optional dinner paid separately)
OSIRU – Foundation of all practice of Yoga
Theme: Commencing, establishing & ADVANCING in your Yoga practice.
A 2.5 hour workshop to build your practice from the basic foundations to advance posture challenges.
The workshop will cover:
– An invigorating Asana practice followed by & Deep Relaxation (Nidra Meditation)
– An introductory session on yoga for those new to Yoga.
– The workshop will guide on:
* Building the practical FOUNDATIONS of yoga (Focusing on: Stability)
* Maintaining CONSISTENCY in the practice of yoga (Focusing on: Strength and Mobility)
* ADVANCING in your practice of yoga (Focusing on: Opening and Lightness)

5.30pm to 8.30pm (3hrs)

YOGA BEYOND ASANA – Build your holistic yoga practice.
Theme: Yoga to build immunity (Kriyas, Asana for Therapy, Pranayama, ‘Chakras’ chanting, Yoga Nidra Meditation)
A 3 hour therapy workshop that will help explore one’s innate ability to heal through yoga therapy. The aim is to educate people about various health issues and also to guide them towards overcoming them.
This is specially curated session to learn the therapeutic, holistic and healing aspect of Asanas, based on Indeayoga’s vision ‘Health and bliss for all’.
The workshop will cover:
– An invigorating Asana practice followed by & Deep Relaxation (Nidra Meditation)
– An introductory session on yoga for those new to Yoga.
– Importance of ‘Body-breath’ coordination during your practice – fundamental to any level of practice and practitioner.
– Focus on strengthening the neck, shoulders and back muscles – the 3 areas that are always under stress in the modern work life.
– Learn to release stress and ground the body.
